Service Technician just left here and I wanted to praise him for his super service. He was very detailed in his work and handled himself in a very professional manner. I know he is new to the job and wanted the owners to know that he did an excellent job in representing the fine company of Duncan's.

The contractor and employees did an outstanding job of replacing my AC. The old one was held in place with straps. They built a platform with 2x4s in a very confining space. They were very careful with my winding staircase and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I have already recommended them to another neighbor and will continue to whenever I have the opportunity!

Chad Duncan was very helpful, he returned call, was on time. When talking with him, he made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered at the time. He was fair with his price... He had his employees show up on time on job day, and completion was done on time. The men cleaned up after themselves. Before they left my wife was given a complete explanation of features and operation procedures.

I dealt with owner, office, installation team. All were courteous, polite, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. I am very pleased with all people, work and any contact I had with anyone at Duncan's Air Conditioning. They will be taking care of all of my A/C and heating needs from now on.

The reason my duct work was not inspected was that I told the man I had it done last year.. Mr. Duncan has a crew he can be proud of, every one of them. If ever I need help I will call Bill Duncan again.
